Shipping & Fulfillment
Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from ourU.S. warehouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
We offer domestic shipping across the United States and international delivery to most countries.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 mouth. Transit times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link so you can monitor delivery progress in real time.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within30 days of delivery, provided that items areunused, in original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you need a different size or color, simply initiate a return for exchange. We’ll cover the outbound shipping of your replacement once we receive the returned item.
Are your products under warranty?
Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, all products are sold “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.”
PGL Corporation disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Important note: Ballistic, edged, and spike resistance ratings apply only under laboratory conditions matching test parameters (e.g., barrel length, distance, bullet type, temperature, and velocity).

Is it legal for civilians to buy body armor?
In the United States, civiliansmay legally purchase body armorin most states, provided they arenot convicted felonsand areover 18 years of age.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with allfederal, state, and local lawsin their jurisdiction.
Are there export restrictions?
Yes. Certain products (such asLevel III rifle-rated plates) are regulated by theU.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS)under theExport Administration Regulations (EAR).
Export or re-export of such itemsrequires written approvalfrom the U.S. government. Violations may result in civil or criminal penalties.
Does PGL Corporation assist with export documentation?
PGL complies fully with U.S. export control laws andwill not assist in any illegal export or re-export.
Customers are responsible for all applicable import/export documentation, duties, and taxes.
